Dr. Lech is an Anticoagulation and Cardiovascular Clinical Pharmacy Specialist and currently serves as the Thrombosis Program Manager at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, MA.
She completed her residency training in pharmacotherapy and cardiovascular medicine at UMass Memorial Medical Center and is board certified in pharmacotherapy. Her primary interests and areas of focus include anticoagulation management, patient education, heart failure, and cardio-oncology.
