This special dinner program will provide a comprehensive review of the most important changes and advances impacting the care of patients who have, or are at risk for, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Updates in treatment, diagnosis, and prevention will be given by leading experts in the fields of endocrinology, cardiology, and nephrology. PHARMACISTS: ScientiaCME is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmaceutical education. This program is approved for 2.5 hours (0.25 CEUs) of continuing education. Proof of participation will be posted to your NABP CPE profile within 4 to 6 weeks to participants who have successfully completed the post-test.
