A small percent of patients who have had a PE (pulmonary embolism), have clots that don’t go away. These patients can be at risk of developing a condition called Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension (CTEPH).

NATF is proud to host an online CTEPH & Post PE support group. This group focuses on patients who have, or are at risk of having, chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension due to pulmonary embolism (PE), or blood clots in their lungs.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, have had CTEPH or Post PE Syndrome for some time, or are seeking answers about symptoms, we invite you to this quarterly group.

A clinician will be online at every group to answer general questions. You may submit questions in advance when you register. Please note that our featured experts cannot provide personalized medical advice.

CTEPH & post PE support group meetings occur quarterly from 7:00pm – 8:00pm ET on Zoom.

Typical Meeting Agenda

  • Brief host & participant introductions
  • General group discussion
  • Q&A
  • Conclusion
