Are you looking for blood clot support? A blood clot diagnosis can be emotional and overwhelming. Our virtual Support Group can help you or and your loved ones feel less alone and more empowered to navigate life after a blood clot.

Join us online to connect with other patients, share your stories, ask questions, or simply lend an ear to someone who needs it.

Support group meetings occur monthly from 7:00pm – 8:30pm ET on Zoom.

Our support group is moderated by Joelle Hochman, RRT, NATF’s Chair of Patient Engagement and Education. Joelle is a registered respiratory therapist and a blood clot survivor. Please note that our featured expert cannot provide personalized medical advice.

Typical Meeting Agenda

  • Participant introductions and story sharing
  • Open discussion, often including sharing of experiences, thoughts, and/or concerns
  • Q&A
