Treatment

There are several medical and surgical treatments available to patients who are diagnosed with a blood clot. Some patients are put on medications, such as warfarin or DOACs. Other patients receive mechanical interventions, such as filters. This information is designed to help you work with your healthcare provider to choose the best treatment for you.
